Jobs available at Pathway Homes

The Pathway Homes employee family includes more than 100 members. Most staff members are a part of the clinical team, providing direct client services or supervision. Other employees include accountants, housekeepers, food services workers, maintenance technicians, and office or professional support. Pathways also benefits from the involvement of volunteers. Mental Health Counselor II

Both a full time and a part time (24 hours a week) clinical position are immediately available. The flexible schedules include daytime and early evening hours. These positions provide intensive case management and support services to adults with mental illness in a community setting.

These positions require a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work or a related field and one year of experience.

Salaries start at $17.15 per hour with excellent benefits.

Mental Health Counselor I -- Awake Overnight

Both full time and part time positions are immediately available providing mental health support services in residential settings for adults with serious mental illness. These positions include evening, weekend and awake overnight hours. Bachelor's degree required in psychology, social work or related field.

Salary starts at $14.85 per hour with excellent benefits.

Relief Counselors

There are on-going openings for Relief Counselor (PRN) positions. These positions require a BA in psychology, social work, or a related field. Some experience working with the seriously mentally ill in a residential setting is required. These positions are responsible for providing shift coverage on an as needed basis in Pathways' 24-hour supervised housing facilities.
