The Pathway Homes employee family includes more than 100 members. Most staff members are a part of the clinical team, providing direct client services or supervision. Mental Health Counselor III

A full time supervisory position is immediately available. This position provides intensive case management and support services in a 24-hour residential setting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain supervisory as well as program managment experience.

This position requires a Master's Degree in psychology, social work or a related field and three years of related experience.

Salary starts in the high 30's with excellent benefits.

Mental Health Counselor I -- Awake Overnight

A full time position is immediately available at a residential facility for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. This position requires extended weekend overnight shift work. Bachelor's degree required in psychology, social work or related field.

Salary starts at $14.56 per hour with excellent benefits.

Assistant Mental Health Counselor

A part time 24-hours-per-week position is immediately available in a 36-bed assisted living facility in Fairfax serving adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. This position provides supervision, assistance and support to residents in functions of daily living.

This position requires weekdays and some weekend hours, knowledge of human services and a high degree of empathy towards persons with mental illness. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, Qualified Mental Health Professional eligibility and experience in direct work with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Salary starts at $12.75 per hour with excellent benefits.

Relief Counselors

There are on-going openings for Relief Counselor (PRN) positions. These positions require a BA in psychology, social work, or a related field. Some experience working with the seriously mentally ill in a residential setting is required. These positions are responsible for providing shift coverage on an as needed basis in Pathways' 24-hour supervised housing facilities.

Salary starts at $14.27 per hour depending on experience.
