Position: Qualified Mental Health Professional

Compensation: $46,488 per annum

What You Will Be Doing:
You will learn our successful model for recovery by:
- Engaging in ongoing clinical assessments, and adapting services and interventions accordingly.
- Partnering with individuals served to develop individual service plans.
- Providing individual and group counseling, using Pathway Homes’ methods and techniques.
- Providing mental health skill building services.
- Assisting individuals with independent living, sobriety, psychiatric stability, housing stability and engagement in the community.
- Spending most of your time in face to face interactions with clients, so you build meaningful relationships.
- Supporting individuals’ ability to remain in housing by assisting them with adhering to lease terms, developing housekeeping skills, and developing positive relationships with neighbors and the community.
- Ensuring compliance with fire and safety standards and establishing collaborative relationships with landlords and homeowner associations.
- Learning what area resources are available and how to refer individuals to those community services and resources.
- Maintaining clinical records in accordance with DBHDS, DSS, DMAS, CARF and Pathway Homes’ standards.
Required Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (Adult) Certification from the VA Board of Health Professions.
- Professional experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental illnesses and substance use disorders or experiencing homelessness, and service planning.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
- Masters in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Substance use/addiction certification
- Bilingual
Compensation:
- Compensation is $46,420 per annum
